Marion Knight has Left the Hospital
Marion Knight (49), the former rap mogul was charged with killing a man, attempted murder and leaving the crime scene after he hit a man with his car. Just after he pledged, not guilty, he started complaining of strong chest pains. He was taken to the California hospital. After one hour, he was released and returned to prison, so we can assume that it wasn’t anything serious.
Marion Knight is accused of killing his friend Terry Carter (55) and attempt of killing Cle "Bone" Sloan (51). On January 29th after an argument in a burger stand, he apparently hit his friends with a car. Reason for this argument was problems with a movie about Marion Knight, Straight Outta Compton, about his beginning in the music industry.
James Blatt, former attorney of Marion Knight said, that Marion was attacked by four people in the mentioned parking lot, and he was running away when he stepped on the gas and hit those people. He also said that Marion is feeling depressed and remorseful about Carter's death, but that doesn’t make him a killer.
Sloan is recovering from an injured left foot and neurological issues. He is protected by heavy security, and more information about him is unknown.
Marion Knight will appear for a hearing on Monday, in order to determine if he can be released on bail or must stay in the prison until his judgment is finished. This famous hip-hop star was involved in some notorious rap conflicts in the 90’s. So if he is found guilty, he will spend the rest of his life in prison.
